My career does not fit in one box, and that is the point. Law taught me to understand complicated situations and argue for the strongest position. Enterprise sales taught me to find the opportunity and influence the decision-makers who control it. Human resources and organizational strategy taught me how people, incentives, and change actually work inside institutions. Executive engagement taught me what it takes to move powerful, busy, skeptical people toward action.

Emotional intelligence is the thread running through all of it. I have delivered more than 180 keynotes on the subject internationally and wrote a book about it. That work is not adjacent to this practice — it is the reason it works.
